Early 2022, we were pleased to conclude the sale of a stunning property located in Villette, in the commune of Conches.
The sale of the property started with a call for tenders for the award of this exclusive mandate, followed by the development of the sales strategy and brochure design. In this context, it was decided to keep the property "off market". Thus, this property has never been published on internet platforms or in magazines. It was only through our experience and contacts that we were able to target potential buyers. The discussions regarding the selling conditions and other administrative work was then carried out serenely until the transfer of ownership which took place mid-February.
This sale will certainly remain one of the most important sales in 2022 in the canton of Geneva.
