Exceptional land with a view on the lake

During the summer of 2020, after the end of the health crisis, we were tasked with selling a unique plot of land of almost 4,000 square meters located in Vésenaz, on Chemin de la Boucle, offering a sensational view of the lake and harbor. 

This land was located in a discreet dead-end street, offering the owners private access to the lake and a mooring place on a private pontoon.

We decided to handle this sale discreetly (without internet or other publications) in order to preserve the prestige of the property. We finally presented the plot to several potential buyers, each with various ideas, ranging from the construction of a single-family house of more than 1,000 square meters to two or three single-family houses.

Finally, an entrepreneur acquired the property to realize the project of his dreams with his family. The project was to build two luxurious and contemporary villas that harmoniously blend into the landscape and each offer a breathtaking view of the lake. The villas were also to respect the privacy of their respective occupants.

The Geneva based architecture firm Favre & Guth developed the project and obtained the necessary building permits within a very reasonable timeframe.

The sale of the second villa was also entrusted to us, once the building permit was obtained, and we successfully concluded it within the owner's specified timeframe. The construction of the two villas began in the spring of 2023, and we look forward to seeing the final result in a little over a year. The villas will be equipped with all modern amenities and offer breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings.

Once the constructions are complete, the neighborhood will be transformed into an idyllic living space, combining the serenity of nature with the comfort of luxury housing.

The sale of this property was a success, with the realization of the entrepreneur and his family's dream project, as well as the creation of a superior quality living environment for the neighborhood.
