We were mandated at the beginning of 2023 for the sale of a very beautiful apartment located in one of the most prestigious buildings in the Eaux-Vives district.
This building is part of an architectural ensemble built in the 1920s by Maurice Braillard: the Square Montchoisy. The location of the building is unbeatable, being at the entrance of Parc la Grange and a walking distance from the lake.
As part of the sales marketing, we had to take into account a difficulty related to the owners whom we had to rehouse once the buyer was found. We were able to quickly find a buyer who loved the architecture of Braillard and the Eaux-Vives area. The relocation was also a success. We were able to find an apartment for the previous owners matching all the requested search criteria. Our luck was to complete the transaction while respecting the timing imposed on us.
This sale is our 16th success in this building since 2011. Thanks to this history, we are able to provide statistics and other detailed information regarding the sales of all of the buildings in the Square Montchoisy.
